PST for parts purchased directly from RFJP. Be sure to ask for a technician. You may also send your questions via E-mail to: sales@g503.com Payment Terms • Parts may be paid by MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards, money order, check and PayPal • We can not send parts COD. • Prices subject to change without notice. Shipping • Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS unless otherwise specified. • International orders or orders shipped outside the continental U.S. will ship U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise specified. • FedEx offers Saturday residential delivery at no additional fee to most areas. • FedEx and UPS expedited one, two or three day air shipping is available upon request. • Parts due to excessive weight or size will be shipped by truck freight. • Items shipped by truck freight must be arranged in advance by phone. Please specify if shipping to residential or commercial address and if forklift or loading dock is available. • Orders shipped to Canada may be sent FedEx, UPS or U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly identify parts which are 25 years old or older as “Antique car parts” on pertinent documents to help ease customs problems. Refused Shipments • Shipping and handling charges on refused shipments (including return shipping charges) are the responsibility of the customer. Returns • We are committed to providing you the best parts for your jeep. If you are not satisfied with any item you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Again, all returns must be made within 14 days from date of the sales invoice. • No returns will be accepted after 90 days from date of the sales invoice. • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. • No returns on special orders. • Shipping charges are not refundable. • Returns that were purchased with free shipping discount, will be charged the shipping cost upon return of the item(s). • All items must be returned freight prepaid in new, unaltered, resalable condition. • Please include copy of original sales invoice with all returns for proper credit. • It is the customers responsibility to check parts for correct fit before installation. • Any item that has been installed, painted, disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, or missing kit components is not eligible for return. Damaged Items • Phone us immediately (541-830-3030) upon receipt of a damaged package or item. We will contact the carrier and file a claim. This process may take a few weeks to complete. • Save all packaging materials and the carton in which your shipment arrived. The carrier may want to inspect these items. • If you would like to receive replacement goods right away, please contact us and we will re- ship the damaged items. We will charge your account for the replaced items and issue credit to your account upon completion of the carrier’s claim. Shortages or Mistakes • All orders must be checked for shortages or damage and reported to RFJP within 5 days of receipt. Please have invoice number ready when calling.
